Returns and Refund Policy
If you wish to return your order, please package the item and send it back to The Vacuum Pouch Company Ltd, units 1-5, Abel House Complex, Leigh Street, Walshaw, Bury, Greater Manchester, BL8 3AL. The returns package should contain the original item with the complete and unopened packaging, along with the original invoice/receipt we sent with the item, with the reason for return/exchange stated on the invoice. For exchanges, please state what item you would like to exchange your product for and we will send the new item once we receive your item back. For any refunds, we will reimburse the transaction via the original method of payment, minus our delivery costs. Any faulty items will be exchanged and a replacement sent out at no extra cost once we receive the defective item along with the invoice/receipt and the returns slip filled in, stating the problem with the product. Not received your item?
Although we aim to get all of our orders out on time, from time to time the postal service can take a few days longer to deliver your items. However, if your order doesn’t arrive after 5 working days, please get in touch and we will first contact the courier to track the whereabouts of your items if this doesn’t rectify the situation we will resend the items again.
