They provide exceptional barrier properties, helping to prevent the passage of air, inert gases and water vapour, while delivering a strong and reliable seal.

Our sous vide pouches have the "Food Safe" icon and the words "BOILABLE/SOUS VIDE 120ºC" embossed on the seal to help differentiate them from standard vacuum pouches.
